Chiropractor Plano TX Dr. Brian Dillon

I grew up an Alabama boy until I was 16, when my family moved to Plano, TX in 1981. I graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1983, then proceeded to attend Texas A&M University and graduated in 1988 with a BBA in Finance. Yes, I am a diehard Aggie fan. My blood runs deep maroon! I worked in the business world for 8 yrs but was never really satisfied with my work experience. I felt like I needed to serve people in a more direct fashion, so I made a change.

My wife, Roxanne, and I have been married 29 yrs as of June 2020. We have 2 adult boys, Tanner, 23 and Tyler, 21. In December of 1996, my family moved to Kansas City where I began pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I graduated in January of 2000, Magna Cum Laude. I started a practice in Grain Valley, MO but my family decided to move back to Plano to be closer to family/grandparents. I have been practicing in Plano since October of 2000. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 20 yrs of practice and have had the joy of treating people of all ages. My youngest patient to date was 2 days old and my oldest, 102.

I am primarily a Diversified practitioner, but also incorporate Thompson drop table and Activator adjustments based on what I deem as appropriate, as well as the patient’s response to previous adjusting styles. I also adjust extremities, TMJ, and ribs as needed. Common conditions I work with most often include: headaches, neck pain, upper, middle and low back pain, sports injuries and auto accident injuries. I work with medical doctors, surgeons, acupuncturists, physical therapists, massage therapists as I believe multidisciplinary care can be appropriate in many cases.
